Aisling Bea

Aisling is a popular Irish comedian, who's been performing for some time. Born in Kildare, Ireland on 16th March 1984. The comedian has been on QI along with Stephen Fry. Aisling CliodhnadhSullivan (born on March 16, 1984) who is also known by the name Aisling bea Aisling Cliodhnadh Sullivan, is an Irish comedian actor, writer and director. After playing bits in several Irish and British TV shows from 2009, Bea started her stand-up comedian in 2011. Bea began performing regularly on sketch comedy and sitcoms in 2012. After she received an award from the Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2011 and then began appearing on numerous panel show where she is now a staple. Between 2016 and 2017 she was a part of 8 Out of 10 Cats Team, in addition to being a performer in the 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown spinoff. Her parents were Brian O'Sullivan, and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead is the younger of her siblings. The only ever woman to win So You Think You're Funny. Bea's surname is in honour of her late father. Aisling Cliodhnadh'Sullivan' was born in Kildare town County Kildare on 16 March 1984. Her father Brian was a veterinarian for horses who committed suicide aged three. She did not learn the cause of death until she was 13 years old. The stage name she chose was Bea in honor of her late father. Bea also published a 2017 article in The Guardian on her family's suicide experience. Bea as well as her older sister Sinead, were raised with Helen Moloney (n e Moloney) who was a jockey as well as a teacher at a secondary school. Their family was in love with racing and horses. Bea was a trainer for The Irish National Stud in her early years. She knew, however, that racing wasn't what she wanted to be for a living and that she was more interested in doing.
